Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here’s exactly what we collect and what we do with it — in plain language.
WHAT WE COLLECT
· Name, phone number, and delivery address — so your order reaches you
· Email address — for order confirmations and, only if you opt in, occasional news and offers
· Order history — so we can help you faster if something goes wrong
· Payment details — processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
· Deliver your orders and send order updates
· Answer your support messages
· Improve our products and store
· Send marketing messages ONLY if you opted in — unsubscribe any time with one tap
WHAT WE NEVER DO
· We never sell your personal information
· We never share your details with anyone except the services that make your order possible (our website platform Shopify, payment providers, and delivery partners)
