Terms of service
Welcome to Pick My Wood. By using pickmywood.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They’re short and fair — read them once.
1. WHO WE ARE
Pick My Wood sells flavored birch toothpicks with zero-sugar coating, delivered within Lebanon.
2. PRODUCTS
Our toothpicks are a flavor experience, not a food supplement or medical product. They are intended for adults and teens. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor if you are on medication, and keep out of reach of small children. Product images are illustrations of our packaging; minor variations between batches can occur.
3. ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are in US Dollars. We accept cash on delivery and card payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) — if we cancel a prepaid order, you are refunded in full.
4. DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in Lebanon, typically within 1–3 business days, for a flat $4 delivery fee. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and Lebanon happen.
5. RETURNS
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the full rules and how we handle damaged or incorrect orders.
6. BUNDLE ORDERS
Mix & match bundles include the flavors you select at the time of ordering. If a chosen flavor is out of stock, we’ll contact you to swap it before shipping.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Pick My Wood name, logo, packaging designs, artwork, and website content belong to us. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
