Pick My Wood products are food-grade items that go in your mouth — for hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product, opened or unopened. Once a pack leaves our hands and reaches yours, it’s yours.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER?
That’s on us, and we fix it fast. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong flavor, missing pack), message us on Instagram @pickmywood or through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with:
· Your order number
· A photo of what you received
We’ll send a free replacement with your next available delivery. No forms, no drama.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once the driver has your box, the sale is final.
